Participation in the Elektro Vakbeurs includes inviting business relations free of charge via the free invitation service. The invitation service is an important marketing tool with which you attract qualitative visitors to the fair who contribute directly to your business.
How does it work?
Joining this service is easy. You upload the relationship list (max. 2000 addresses) in our secure environment in My Easyfairs and then we provide a professional and personal invitation with your company name on it. Do you want to provide more addresses? This is possible in consultation. If you have any questions, please contact Exhibitor Activation. As an exhibitor of Elektro Vakbeurs you will be personally informed about the invitation service by e-mail.
The main advantages at a glance
65% of the visitors come in via the Easyfairs Invitation Service. You save all the time, layout and printing costs that you would normally spend on invitations! Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database will not receive a postal item, but an e-mail with a unique registration code. We mention your company name in all invitations.
